Question

Common health issues for the elderly in community settings are memory problems and balance issues, mental health problems, and nutritional deficits. With these issues, we would see falls due to balance or slower reflexes and accidents due to memory impairment. We would also see a decline in strength do to aging but also to poor nutritional intake. In the health care setting we would see problems with the heart, respiratory issues, infections, and depression. Both of these issues significantly contribute to Mr. Davis current status because
