As part of the HR team at Remote Workers Supply Company, you have been asked to join a company-wide task force to make recommendations for a new executive compensation model. The company is interested in hearing from employees at all levels and as part of this task force, you will help draft recommendations to the board on how to pay its executive team. Since this report is for busy executives you must make sure it is concise and to the point. Only include the most pertinent and important information in a 1-2 page report.
