As part of the HR team at Remote Workers Supply Company, you have been asked to join a company-wide task force to make recommendations for a new executive compensation model. The company is interested in hearing from employees at all levels and as part of this task force, you will help draft recommendations to the board on how to pay its executive team. Since this report is for busy executives you must make sure it is concise and to the point. Only include the most pertinent and important information in a 1-2 page report. Include these sections within your report:

1. What are some of the common components of executive compensation for companies? Explain 4-5 of these components.

2. Do these components change from big to medium to small businesses? If so, how might they be different? Explain.

3. What is differentiated executive compensation? Do you believe it is appropriate? Why or why not?

4. What are 3 recent trends or common components of executive compensation?

5. Support your position on these topics with citations from at least two different sources beyond the textbook.

6. Finally, list your top three necessities for executive compensation to the task force and explain why these are tops for you.
