In a paper, assess how an effective leader evolves based on your readings, external research, and personal/professional experiences. Remember, leaders are ever present in your life and not confined to business organizations.
Next, determine your personal leadership style. Once you have determined your leadership style based in part on your personality type, envision yourself as the leader of your organization and select one group of individuals you would like to positively influence. Describe the behavioral modifications you would first make in yourself, then formulate a strategy to lead these people. Be sure to analyze group dynamics that may affect your strategy.
