To combat the spread of Covid- 19, a vaccination center is built. Patients are coming to the vaccination center at random, at an average of 4.2 patients per minute. Patients must join a line of the queue, waiting to be served by 5 counters, each with a service capacity of 1.1 patients per minute.

c) The probability that the next patient will arrive later than 20 seconds.
d) The probability that the next patient will arrive within 15 seconds.
