Are you a leader or a manager?

This excellent video by Mark Sanborn describes the difference between leaders and managers, which is an important part of Week 1. Cross-reference this video with the book by Dubrin (Table 1-1, p. 5). Consider yourself development, and what you really aspire to be. Leadership is not for everybody. It should be noted there are many different types of leadership.

Timeliness of postings and frequency of postings

Write 2 posts each for questions = 4 posts in total, 200 words each = 800 words total. With Harvard style referencing. A minimum of two postings of between 300 and 500 words each are required in response to each forum discussion question.
