Assume that you are the HR Manager of an industrial establishment that has a regular workforce of 525 and around 1,600 contract labor. The management has decided to introduce participative management among the workers beyond any legal compliance. Which existing structure would you choose? The establishment is in the private sector and has two unions affiliated to CTUOs representing its workers. These unions engage in collective bargaining with the management at regular intervals. What all operational rules would you frame in deciding on such a structure?
