Let's say you are an Analyst in one of the FAANG/FAMGA companies. Your manager asks you to build a model that would look at a collection of resumes and name the top candidates. You have been given 10 years' worth of hiring data. How would you go about it - or more specifically, what are some things to consider while using this dataset to build your model?

Let's say I build an app to discover roads that need repair. The app would use the phone's accelerometer to detect jolts, and the phone's GPS to get at the exact location. Volunteers can download the apps to their smartphones to automatically collect and report road repair data while they drive. Thoughts?
