Question

Colin goes out for a night of hard partying. He invites a lovely model friend to sleep over after the party ends. After Colin passes out, the model rummages through his closet and finds several pounds of cocaine. She takes the cocaine and turns it over to the police. The government's use of the cocaine the model took from his home violates Colin's constitutional right against unreasonable searches and seizures.
