1. My past employer which is a school had a code of ethics just that this code of ethics wasn't documented. In which ever way, the code of ethics was enacted to become part of the organizational culture by setting goals in line with the code of ethics and associating rewards to the code of ethics when they are enacted by anyone in the organization. Those who didn't practice this code of ethics were also cautioned and dismissed after several caution.

2. Suppliers code of conduct is created for the purpose of ensuring that a company's suppliers put into place safe working conditions and their employees are treated with respect. Also their production process being responsible and environmentally friendly.

Creating code of conduct for suppliers is very important because in order to achieve your goals. These codes of conduct play a major role. It can include punctual supply of materials in order for the organization to achieve it's set target or goals.

Code of conduct or code of ethics is a guide of principles designed to help professionals conduct business honestly and with integrity. It normally encompasses areas like business ethics, employees code etc.
