Use BPMN to model the following business process scenario.

Toys4Fun, Inc. utilizes the following customer service process. When a customer contacts the company with a complaint, a customer service representative (CSR) records the complaint into the CRM system. Depending on the type of the complaint, it may be routed into any one or combination of the following departments:

1. Sales department: where the complaint is investigated and a discount on future purchases is offered to the customer to offset the unpleasant experience.
2. Engineering department: where the complaint is investigated, and a design change is proposed to address the complaint.
3. Customer service: where the CSR provides product help to the customer and resolve the complaint.

Once response(s) are completed, if multiple routings were needed, the CSR will wait for 7 days before closing the complaint and communicating the resolution formally to the customer. Make sure you indicate the resources used in the process.
