4000 words reflection assignment -

My placement was in a Hospice. I had a 42-year-old patient who had pancreatic cancer metastatic cancer and was in the last stage. He feared dying as he had a 4-year-old boy and a young wife.

The assignment is to reflect on the patient and the dying process. The patient had a good life and now his life was ending right in front of his eyes and he feared dying.
