Clinical case of a patient diagnosed with diabetes:

A 62-year-old male patient weighing 69 kg and measuring 2.56 m. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes which patient at the time of receiving it refers to having uncontrolled glucose in which upon arrival at the clinic he presented 200mg/dl fasting. In type 1 diabetes, the patient's pancreas stops making insulin or makes too little. Insulin is a hormone that helps move blood sugar into the cells of the body, where it can be used as a source of energy. The patient refers to using Humulin N 70/30 2 units s/c in the morning and 2 units s/c H/S. Relative of the patient refers to the fact that he has a bad diet in which he only comes once a day. Only the patient has dinner, does not have lunch or breakfast. With this information provided, plan a healthy menu for this patient with a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes.

Analyze the aforementioned clinical case.

Conduct a virtual search on creating a complete menu for a diabetic patient. In this menu you must have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and snack.

You must specify the portions of each of the dishes and snacks. The maximum daily calories are 2,760 calories. This amount must be divided into all the dishes and snacks of the day.
