Question 

He reports to clinic reporting persistent nausea and vomiting daily. No blood in emesis, no fever chills or fatigue. Onset was a few months ago. Food does not effect emesis it seems because no matter what he seems to randomly get nauseated and vomit. He denies abdominal pain dysuria or diarrhea or constipation. BM is daily and brown. He denies PMHx or PSHx. He is a full-time college student living in a dorm and moved to dorm 6 months ago. He has never had this problem before. He has never lived away from home before. He reports he drinks alcohol "socially" a few times a week drinking a few beers a couple times a week but mostly started smoking ThC in the early fall. He smokes daily a few times a day some days but that is mostly on the weekends so he doesn't feel that is a problem. He never smoked marijuana in high school. ROS:+for N/V, ThC use daily and beer a few times a week. Remainder of ROS negative including fever, chills, ear or throat pain, odynophagia, dysphagia, drooling, CP, SOB, wheezing, cough, GERD, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation, blood in stool or vomit, Dysuria, flank.
