Question

What did you learn about your client's health beliefs, attitudes, values, and behaviors? What is the relationship between your client's health beliefs and his/her health? Include data to support your findings. I learned that my patient's health beliefs, attitudes, values, and behaviors were very proactive and that she wanted to have mobility to get around this was evident by the way she followed up on all aspects of her health care. Regularly sees her primary care for follow-ups and vaccines, the date of the patient's last dental exam was 7 or 8 months ago, and a physical therapist. She had mammograms yearly when told she needed one. She also uses a pill organizer for her medication to make sure she takes it when she needs to. Seeking medical attention for right leg with gel injections followed by total knee replacement and now repair of the quadriceps tendon rupture. She is also willing to go to the CRIS wing of the hospital before going home to partake in physical therapy. The information on what she likes to eat and how often she eats does not match her appearance. Her appearance is still overweight for her height. I was not able to.
