Question

A client with a recent diagnosis of HIV infection suddenly reports confusion and dizziness. The clients vital signs are BP 100 / 70, pulse 130 beats per minute, perspiration 28 breaths per minute and temperature 102.2°F which does the intervention is appropriate.
