Health Care The social worker has been working with a client who needs a kidney transplant but is unable to obtain proper medical care due to lack of appropriate health insurance. The social worker has worked with the client to obtain resources to access Medicaid, but the client insists they have been turned down. The client's health has continued to deteriorate, and they have made arrangements to obtain a "black market kidney" which they will pay cash for as well as the surgery. The practice is illegal in the United States, but the client feels they have no other choice since they don't have standard health insurance. The client has shared the location of the medical practice that is engaging in black market transplants and believes they will die if they don't receive the transplant very soon. What should the social worker do?
