He lives alone in a two-story house. He reports that he has trouble climbing stairs due to shortness of breath, so he primarily lives downstairs. He retired a year ago. In the past, he walked about 2 miles, several times per week. Now, he can barely walk to the mailbox at the end of the driveway due to shortness of breath and feeling weak.
