The peak flow diary that the parent has brought in shows that the client has an average PEFR of 90%. Vitals: T 98.2 °F (36.8 °C), P 74 beats per minute, RR 50 breaths per minute, O2 saturations 88% on room air 1019: The health care provider has prescribed a nebulizer treatment with a bronchodilator.
