Blood pressure: 175/95 mm Hg Heart rate: 102 beats/min Respiratory rate: 28 breaths/min Temperature: 98.2°F (36.7°C) Oxygen saturation: 97% on room air Medical/surgical history includes tonsils/adenoidectomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, kidney stones, total abdominal hysterectomy with oopherectomy, diverticulitis, endometriosis, depression, hypothyroidism, morbid obesity.
