Rewrite: Client presented for initial psychosocial evaluation. Client was informed his regular provider is on vacation. Briefly, Client was referred from Chesapeake behavioral health where he was admitted for 7 days (4-7-24 to 4-15-24) and treated for psychosis, DM 1, and Seizure disorder. Patient insisted that nothing is wrong with him and answered all my questions with "no" answers. He said whatever the doctors said about him are figments of their imaginations. He reports he had another admission into another psychiatric ward but refused to give reasons why he was admitted. He reports that this time, he was walking home from work when he was stopped by the cop. He said he was sarcastic in answering their questions, and because of it, they labelled him suicidal, took his gun away, and bundled him to Chesapeake hospital where he admitted for 7 days. He is a Christian and heterosexual. , single with no children.Owns a gun because he works in security. Denies drug abuse or alcohol abuse.
