Reason(s) for referral agency: Client has been struggling with "getting going" lately. She runs a successful business, works to be a very present mom, wife, and friend. Originally from Utah, she moved to Kentucky when she turned 18. Client reports the reason for moving is due to a strained relationship with her parents, particularly her mom. She reports that being in nature is her self-care and she works hard to make sure she spends time outside to recharge. She reports having issues focusing and remembering things lately. Additionally, she has struggled to "get going" more mornings than not lately, reporting that "she just feels generally tired and overwhelmed." She denies anxiety or depressive symptoms, although she has noticed general fatigue lately. Client reported that she has already visited her primary care and ruled out a medical concern. Her issues with focusing and remembering things have started.
