Client agent rating

Assignment Help HR Management
Reference no: EM133094604

Open the dataset "HR regression practice 1". Do a full regression of all other variables on Performance Rating as the dependent variable. Analyse all diagnostics and conclude for management whether any of Tenure, Gender, Age, Percent deviance from market (extent to which salary deviates from market salary), Training Spend on the employee, or Training hours given to the employee seem to associate with performance.

Regression Practice 2

Open the dataset "HR regression practice 2". Do a regression with "Client Agent Rating" as the dependent variable. This is an average rating of corporate insurance clients of your dedicated broker who deals with them. Independent variables include:

  • Education, set up the same way as in the main notes, but with different dummy variable constructions (see the dataset)
  • Broker age
  • A score for the broker on a client skills theory test
  • A score for the broker on an assessment center role play exercise

You wish to know whether the theory and assessment center test have merit, and compare them.
