Question

On the right is shown a model for the roles of each of these factors. You wish to test whether the model is correct and therefore perform in vitro cleavage/polyadenylation assays. Below is shown the resulting RNA Product when you perform a reaction with ALL the cleavage/polyadenylation factors and the shown full-length RNA substrate: Assuming that the model on the right is correct, for each of the reactions between the shown RNA substrates and cleavage/ polyadenyation factors, draw the RNA that would be the product of the reaction. (Show RNA product only, no protein).
