Every day in Costco, at the closing time, a group of 6 employees are responsible to finish 2 tasks. Reorganizing all items in their sections and cleaning the store. The store tries to minimize the closing time by analyzing the data and trying to decrease the number of employees working in that shift.

Part 1: Reorganizing the store's items

This task is divided between 3 employees, the first one will collect all items from all sections in the store (e.g. T-shirt, bag of tomato, shampoo), this employee must register the aisle number where the item is found, total number of items and number of minutes he/she is spending to finish everyday.

The second one will categorize the items into their categories (clothes, vegetables, cleaning materials), this employee must register the original aisle number of the item and the number of minutes he/she is spending to finish everyday.

The third employee will take each category and reorganize its items in their shelves/sections, this employee must register the number of minutes he/she is spending to finish everyday.

After this part is done, the system must have the total number of unorganized items on that day and the time spent to collect and organize them and the locations of the items before this task.

Part 2: Cleaning the store and counting shopping carts

After finishing task 1, another 3 employees will start cleaning all sections by applying three cleaning iterations, the first iteration completed by one employee, he/she should clean shelves, doors and cashiers centres, this employee must register how many minutes he/she is spending to finish this iteration everyday.

The second cleaning iteration is completed by one employee, he/she should clean the floor by applying soap then water, the employee must register how many minutes he/she is spending to finish this iteration everyday and how many litres of soap they used.

The third cleaning iteration is completed by one employee, he/she should collect and count the shopping carts in the store and from the parking lot and then clean them. The employee must register how many minutes he/she is spending to finish everyday and how many shopping carts he/she found.

After this part is done, the system must have the total number of shopping carts, the time spent to finish cleaning the store and the number of soap liters.
