You are a cook in Acumen Restaurant. After food preparation, you will be assessed following cleaning schedules to clean food preparation, kitchen equipment and food storage areas in Acumen Education kitchen on at least two occasions, such as: Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment Clean service-ware and utensils Clean and sanitise kitchen premises Work safely and reduce negative environmental impacts Your assessor will do the following. Observe you in Acumen Education's training kitchen, cleaning kitchen premises and equipment over two service periods. Use the skills observation checklist to observe you using a range of skills/tasks. Your assessor will submit results of your practical demonstration tasks via the MyAcumen assessment system. You are required to do the following. You must perform the tasks following the instructions given in the student instructions section of the assessment. You must answer all verbal questions. You can ask your assessor for further clarification of any question, if necessary.
