Apple was sued by a transgender adult because the building he worked in did not have separate bathrooms identifying his gender preferrence. Assume that the United States Supreme Court determined that companies that do not provide separate bathrooms for gay, lesbian and trans-sexual employees are discriminatory. As a result, rather than building a third bathroom (Male, Female, Other) on each floor, Exxon's executive Board Members decided to remove the walls separating the men's and women's restroom, thereby making all restrooms in the building "unisex". Jane a female employee is offended and upset that she has to share an open bathroom with male employees. What claims, if any, can Jane raise?
