Civil Litigation - Australia, NSW Question

You have been working as recently admitted solicitor for a month when the litigation partner in the firm tells you that you will now be assisting her in running litigation in both the Supreme Court and the District Court of NSW., with some professional negligence cases in the Supreme Court of NSW.
