Question

For the GH, a lot of people are against children lifting weights. Ithere can be a higher level of this hormone with LI as well as with resistance training. If you were a coach, and suggested adding this in for one of your players, but that players parents were against this, how would you go about giving them information on how it 'won't stunt growth'?
