Child examined on guardian's lap and remained quiet throughout exam. Child offered no protest during exam and appeared listless. Pain of 3 on FLACC pain scale. Bruises in various stages of healing noted on bilateral lower extremities. Petechiae noted on chest and left arm. No increased work of breathing noted, nasal stuffiness noted. Mild tachycardia with no murmur or abnormal rhythm noted. Moves all extremities without difficulty, follows commands.
