This sentence specifically describe how water is important in human being life in every species that exist on earth because water is the root of all things and there is no life without it which make it so special.
Drinking too much water can cause swelling of brain cells. According to webmd.com drinking an extreme amount in a short time can be hazardous. It can cause the level of salt, or sodium, in your blood to drop too low. Furthermore, excess water leaves the blood and ultimately enters the cells, which swell like balloons to accommodate it.
Most cells have room to stretch because they are embedded in flexible tissues such as fat and muscle, but this is not the case for brain cells or neurons. Brain cells are tightly packaged in the skull, and they have to share this space with blood and cerebrospinal fluid. There is zero room for expansion of neurons. Rapid and severe hyponatremia causes entry of water into brain cells leading to brain swelling, which manifests as seizures, coma, respiratory arrest, brain stem herniation and death.
That's a condition called hyponatremia which is a condition that occurs when the level of sodium in your blood is abnormally low. Sodium is an electrolyte, and it helps regulate the amount of water that's in and around your cells, it's very serious, and can be fatal. You may hear it called water intoxication. www.webmd.com. In addition to that drinking an extreme amount of water can lead to death because the human body can only absorb about one liter (approx. 34 fluid ounces) of water per hour. Furthermore, drinking too much water causes an imbalance, and the liquid moves from your blood to inside your cells, making them swell. Swelling inside the brain is serious and requires immediate treatment.
