To start with, the first reason factory farming or animal consumption should be stopped because it increases a way to animal abuse. Obviously animals do not give their lives for us to get killed. Animals produce for food, from the moment of birth, they spend their whole lives in crates to factory-farmed. Animals should be protected and have the same rights as humans. When animals are about to be killed, their whole bodies release emotions like pain and hatred. They all know the painful and fear of death. They can feel the moment about to be slaughtered. We all can feel pain the same way when we cut our hands and bleeding. So how would we feel if we are tortured and killed by others? Therefore, eating natural foods instead of killing and eating animals help us express love of all species and increase altruism. Since then, our mind would be peaceful and comfortable. When possible, we should choose to use foods that are relatively low in conscious development, meaning that if vegetables are available, we should not kill animals. Many religions and spiritual groups have advised us to be vegetarian because we know that life is sacred and needs to live without hurt no one.
