• You are in charge of opening a new location for a luxury auto-dealership that is expanding into economy cars.
• Use the internet, the University Library, personal interviews, or other resources to survey attrition rates among retail employees for your selected industry. Be sure to investigate the employee retention rates at the industry, retail category, and job level.

Create a 6- to 10-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation, with speaker notes, in which you address the following:

• Comment on whether attrition rates in the retail industry are higher than other industries and explain why.
• Forecast the staffing requirements. Consider peak periods and customer service expectations.
