Formal Aspects

- The report must be written in good Standard English using the impersonal style (i.e. no sentences including 'I' or 'We').
- It must be typed with 1.5 line spacing, 11 Font size Calibri, Arial or 12 - Times New Roman.
- Neatly drawn Figures (graphs, diagrams, flow charts and photographs) and Tables must be included in the text. It is important not to overdo with graphical presentation. The most representative and meaningful Figures and Tables must be used. The rest can be included in the Appendices.
- The Figures and Tables must be numbered and have meaningful captions.
- All pages starting from 'Introduction' Section should be consecutively numbered in the center or right corner of the bottom margin. The pages preceding the 'Introduction' should be numbered in Roman numerals (i, ii, iii, iv).
- The main body of the report, from Introduction to Conclusions, should be around 10,000 words, and not exceed 15,000. Over-long reports, especially with little content, might result in a reduced mark. Use Appendices for extra information if needed.
- The report should be clear, concise and as short as possible consistent with presenting all relevant information. Detailed information not directly necessary for understanding the report (tables of results, repeated graphs, program listings) should be presented in appendices.

- Any work, design or results, produced by others and used in the report must be identified and acknowledged.

2. LITERATURE REVIEW
The title of the chapter does not necessary should read "Literature Review". You can give a name of the topic you want to discuss in it.
Note: Chapter headings and subheadings must be meaningful and must correspond to the content.

It is suggested to insert figures into tables. Then they are in a fixed position and cannot disturb the text around them. Once figure in place, make border INVISIBLE.

Learning Achievements
It should contain a list of personal achievements e.g.:

2. etc.
Each statement should ideally be contained in one sentence and the statements numbered.
