You are a Customer Service Representative in a customer call center that provides service to customers who purchase appliances from your outlet stores. A female customer is calling to complain that she purchased a new washing machine and dryer from one of your outlet stores two weeks ago, however, the washer does not work. She is displaying the characteristics of an angry customer and frantically shouts on the phone because she is in the middle of spring cleaning and needed to do some washing for the holidays.
