Chapter Twelve - Process Flow

Using the following template provided make a process flow for admitting a patient that checks into the emergency department of your healthcare facility.

Template for getting cold cuts at the deli:

1) Take a number at the kiosk (check action a or action b)

a. Wait for your number to be calledb. Leave - end process

2) Your number is called and you tell the deli person your requested cold cuts (check action a or action b or c)

a. They have it all and you wait for them prepare your order.

b. They have some of your order and you wait for them prepare the order.c. Too slow you get mad and leave - end process

3) You receive your order (check action a or action b or c)a. You are happy with the transaction and proceed to check out - end processb. You need more cold cuts and order more stuff, back to number 2c. You hate the transaction and walk out without the cold cuts - end process
