1. At the beginning of this chapter, the statement is made that "at its simplest level, a business model is a story of how a company operates." Do you think Zipcar has a good story to tell? When it goes to a city, a business, or a university to pitch its idea, do you think it's easy or hard for Zipcar's employees to clearly explain what it does and what the benefits of its service are?

2. Look at figure 6.3 in the chapter. Explain Zipcar's business model in each of the four areas. Is there anything in Zipcar's business model that makes what it is doing hard to replicate? explain your answer to this final question?
