Changing the U.S. Healthcare System
Question 1. The ACA represents a political compromise by providing subsidies to purchase private insurance to those who can't afford, don't qualify etc. Do you think the ACA will stabilize employment-based insurance in the future? Or will further government intervention be necessary to fix the market for health insurance? Explain if whether the ACA is enough or not reform and why?
Question 2. Because the implementation of the ACA allows for some significant variation across states in how to comply with law's requirements, discuss the status of Kentucky for choices of essential type of health benefits, type of exchange, etc. how would assess the impact of the ACA in Kentucky to date? Specifically, has the exchange gained broad recognition and does it appear to be operating effectively?

The US healthcare system is having ambiguity due to the compulsory insurance system. Due to the provision of compulsory medical care in the federal system, people need to bear huge premiums. Under the Affordable Care Act executed by former US president Barack Obama, people who are not employed or cannot afford insurance are provided with subsidies such that they can do their insurance. As a result of which, people who already hold insurance need to bear huge taxes. This is because government while providing subsidy to the underprivileged ones charge huge taxes from the existing insurance holders. The act also urges employers to pay off for insurance coverage of the workers. As a result of which, organizations have started to reduce employee working hours to limit the provision of insurance.
