The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many facets of modern life including employment. Millions of employees have found themselves faced with unemployment while other workers, deemed essential, have struggled with overwork, and maintaining their own personal safety. Many employers have moved to implement telecommuting arrangements and have increased the use of communications technology to allow them to continue operations, changing the fundamental methods of operation to which they have long been accustomed.

What long-term impact do you feel that these changes will have on the employers, employees, and the nature of work itself going forward? Do you feel that things will eventually return to normal, or will there be changes made as a result of lessons learned? What impacts on employment, compensation, benefits, and the nature of work itself do you foresee?
