Changing consumer needs

In last week's Key Concept Exercise, you explored how other academic disciplines can inform marketing efforts. This week you will continue to explore this influence but will adopt an approach that looks to marketing efforts in the future.

• Research the importance of being in the evoked set.
• Consider how organisations can become 'members' of the evoked set.
