1. During some decades there have been many changes made around the healthcare system. The reason to change many of the thing is to improve the quality given and also to improve on the cost for the clients. By having improvements also help to see whether if we are being careful to use the things or we are only make waste of materials. If we control this we can see that we can eliminate the waste of materials by using only the necessary and not just because we have a lot we can just waste the material. We need to think what if we don't have any more, or if something happens in a disaster and we need to be prepared. This is why having a control of the things make us gain money and this helps the client too because we can decrease the cost of their visit because we are not having unnecessary expenses. Another example of improvement and also that helps eliminates waste is having electronic medical records this help maintain all in order and can easily be updated. By using electronic medical records also help to use less paper charts and the losing of paper. For me this is the best improvement that had been made in the field of healthcare, because the chats does not get loss and miss with others patients charts. Afterall, all of the improvements made in healthcare are for the benefits not only to the facility but for the benefit of the population as a whole.

2. Having technology in the healthcare system is the best thing to happen in medicine. We use technology for everything else we do in this world, so why not with medicine. Using technology, we can bill insurances faster, because of the medical billing using ICD-10-CM. using technology to take vitals of patients to speed up the time of the physician or specialists to have more time to deal with the patient, and being able to archive patients medical records in a system, where any physician or specialist can access the records.I believe the innovation and creativity came into play to me, is when we realize that people are in need of services or a more permanent solution to fix their health like, coming up with an artificial kidney for dialysis patients, who have been waiting years on the donor list to get a new kidney, so they can live out their lives peacefully.
