Changes in the recruitment and selection processes
Pick either an industry you might consider entering, a new division of your existing organization, or just a professional area of interest to you. Identify two to three major environmental factors leading to changes in this area. Based on this information, what changes in the recruitment and selection processes should occur in the near term? Connect the two. Evaluate how you would convince senior management to support these changes.
