Question

Changed Practice and Improved Patient Outcomes. In the past year, we experienced a situation where nurses were reacting slowly to a patient's call bell, leading to decreased patient satisfaction and potentially compromised patient care. To address this, we promptly reevaluated our procedures and implemented a new mandate requiring nurses to respond to call bells within five minutes. As a result of this change, patients have reported feeling a greater sense of urgency and attentiveness in the care they receive, which has led to improved patient outcomes and overall satisfaction.
