The learner must then identify and document any barriers to change they find within the organisation, as well as any operational shortfalls they may find.

With this information the learner should then consult with relevant personnel in the organisation, to gather and document their opinions. Setting up any meetings or interviews as required. The end product of this undertaking should be a draft plan that can be presented and explained to the senior management team or to the relevant stakeholders within the learner's organisation.
