Question

Change is a big part of organizational development. The only way we can grow as an organization or keep up with the pace of business as an organization is through change. A big part of our job is managing change and helping others to see the value in changes that are occurring. Christ talks about and mentions change in the New Testament and change is also talked about in the Old Testament. What's a perspective of change from the Bible. State the verse. How can we apply this to our paradigm about change and how can we help others embrace change when they are in the midst of organizational change?
