One of the constants in organizations is the presence of change. In almost all change scenarios, human behavior is impacted. However, organizational members often resist change. Why do people resist change? From personal experience and research, identify five to seven reasons why change is resisted. Provide examples from a healthcare organizations standpoint and also identify a strategy of leading and managing change. In other words, how would you go about overcoming the resistance to change and generating positive organizational behavior?
