The Government claims that 70% of all Americans believe President Obama is doing a good job in foreign affairs. If we conducted an opinion poll with a SRS of 500 Americans and ask if they think that President Obama is doing a good job in foreign affairs, the percent who say Yes" will vary if the sample is repeated.
