Learning Outcomes
Knowledge and understanding. After studying this module, you should be able to:

Essay 1
Please respond to one (1) of the following tasks, A or B:
Option A Your task is to explain to the senior management team, using evidence and examples, how Wirkkala should use Business Analysis to provide business value and support their Information Systems strategy. This must be a critical approach which includes clear consideration of (i) how they use their existing data, and (ii) what future data and/or tools they will need to support strategic decision-making.
Option B Your task is to provide a critical examination of what exactly Wirkkala needs to know to be able to address the twin concerns of ethics and sustainability. Ensure that you provide evidence and examples to support your arguments specifically in relation to the data that Wirkkala collect and use for decision-making.

Option A Critically discuss the challenges relevant to implementing sustainable leadership in an organisation or a team.

* We are NOT looking for a description of sustainable leadership theories; rather we expect you to apply relevant theory/ies to a specific organisation or team.
Option B Critically evaluate how an understanding of ethical theory helps in developing sustainable leadership in an organisation or a team.
* For context, draw on your personal and professional experience at work, OR the team building event at Thornbridge, OR working with the PoM student led seminar team.

Option C Critically discuss how an understanding of the psychological contract can help in developing sustainable leadership in an organisation or a team.
