Propose the solution for the following challenges of last mile delivery

1. Last mile operation visibility is very limited and not in real time to the customers. What would be your solution to improve the operation visibility (information visibility) to your customer? Assumption: Your product is apparel. Unit of measurement is small parcel/box. Vehicle used is 1.5 Trucks (Less-Than-Truckload, LTL).

2. In list mile delivery, different customers have different requirements for your (last mile) delivery service. Different customer would prefer to receive the product at different time (different window time). Different customer would prefer to receive the product at the different areas. And different location lead to different vehicle type used. What would be your solution to provide flexible last mile delivery service for these three challenges (different window time, different destination, different vehicles used )
