You are the HR manager of a Danish telephone company that has its headquarters in Copenhagen. This Danish telecommunication multinational organisation has a subsidiary organisation based in Mumbai in India, which operates in effect a call centre. A Danish manager is being transferred from head office in Copenhagen to manage the Mumbai operation.
