Analytical Report

You have been asked by your manager to prepare a submission to share your organisation's perspective and recommendations about addressing the social policy Issues.

You must cover the following in your report:

• Background of the policy issue

Defining the issue
Current policy position
Who Is targeted by the current policy and how are they being impacted?
Challenges and success of the current policy.

• Comparisons with success or failure of other policy approaches in other countries to the same issue
• Recommendations

What is your policy position or statement.
What are the policy instruments that are required?
What are the main areas of evidence that support your recommendation?

• Conclusion

Your written report should include at least 8 (scholarly) journal articles that you have read, In addition to any textbook references. You must use APA 7 referencing.
